The movie begins with an armed robbery that turns into a murder case when the victim of the attack dies without identifying the attackers. Shalom Shalom is a singer who has some links to the underworld, smokes some pot sometimes, has a wife and mistress and Police Officer Lt. Micha Stein tries to extract a confession from him...irrespective of evidence that says otherwise and a witness who gives him an alibi... Stein goes against all rules, plants evidence, blackmails witnesses and tries to have sex with Shalom's wife... Meanwhile, no one in the Police Force is doing anything to stop Micha's actions, despite the fact that they all know that what he is doing is wrong...Eventually Stein kills Shalom and the real perpetrators kill his wife to prevent her from disclosing what she knows.
